My FHFS from Melody

How lucky was I to receive all of these beautiful gifts from the Melody.  I had been waiting to get a photo of the hexi bag, It is stunning,

Melody also included all of these other goodies, a tin filled with blue and green buttons, fabric, cottage garden threads, button, teddy print and Lindt chocolates( Andrew (hubby) informed me they were his favorite) hence why they went very quickly.

Melody also included some goodies for Angus.

Woohooo........

How lovely to have had a visit from Mr Postie yesterday

Look at my gorgeous table topper I recieved from Ondrea ...

I just adore these sweet stitcheries in amidst the hexagons....

... and there was some treats added to the parcel too.... some lovely choccy and a little compact mirror... it's so pretty...

I took this close up picture so you can see just how much work went into this lovely topper.... all hand sewn and the quilting around the edge another lovely touch...

... what a pretty thread used ...

It's so beautifully done and fits my table next to where I sit EVERY night and sew - doesn't it just breathe happy into that space....

Thank you so much Ondrea, welcome to the group and I'm happy to have been your first swappy in FHFS... love my gift...

Thanks Shez and Peg for hosting the swap and getting us girls all organised....

Righto, Gotto Go.... wet and cold and grey (love it like this for a few days) ... I may need to stay indoors and sew....
